Mod friendly dealers near Richmond

I was wondering if anyone had come across any mod friendly dealers near Richmond, or in Virginia period, when it comes to having warranty work done? I have a Jannetty tune for the headers I installed and of course after I did that, the transmission started grinding in 2nd gear. I thought it might get better after the 1500 mile break-in period, but it only got worse.
