Question Evap readiness problems

So I put TSP 2'' long tubes on my SS with off-road connections. Obviously got CEL for no rear O2's after that. I have a Diablosport Predator hand held tuner and decided to get a custom tune from Jannetty for the car and to turn off the rear O2's.

Now I'm past due for my inspection but I can not for the life of me get my Evap test to ready. I can pass in North Carolina with 1 not ready test. (rear O2's) I have driven over 1,000 miles since the last flash and still no luck. Even tried GM's drive cycle instructions. Nothing.

What I am being told right now is that a Camaro with no rear O2's can NOT be made to pass inspection with the Predator hand held tuner. I just want to get other peoples advice on this and if anyone else has seen or had similar problems. Also if anyone has any non-sarcastic advice on what I should do. lol
