Thoughts on 20x10 ET23 in the fronts? Currently, I'm running my OEM wheels with a 25mm spacer. So my offset in essence is +10 on the 20x8 wheel (standard offset is 35). It looks basically flush.

The 20x10 @ ET 23 extends the outer edge by 12mm. So it's basically going to stick out half-an inch. Does anyone have any good close of pics of the front fender against a 20x10 et 23 wheel?

I'm very interested in these, but just a little lost. Never put rims on a car before, and i want to know what would be easiest for fitment on a 2011 1LT RS package..Also what significance does the +numbers have after the rim size. Thank you in advance!

This will be your best friend: http://www.1010tires.com/Tools/Wheel-Offset-Calculator

the "+" is the offset. Our cars use 20x8 ET (+35) front and 20x9 ET+40 in the rear. I have found that "flush" on stock setup is when pushing the wheels aproximately 25mm outward. Currently, my effective offset is 20x8 ET+10 and 20x9 ET+15. I sticks out just about 2mm in the rear. Not bad.

You have no clue how much that helps lol, because I could of swore i had 19s on my car, and checking the specs i saw that the RS package comes with 20s. I was trying to figure out the best way to just put new rims on it and these seem to have the best combination of cost effectiveness, and appeal pretty down pat lol

Nah one of my pups had surgery today so I've been tending to her. I will try to mock them up tomorrow after 3PM.

I know the rears will obviously fit but the fronts I am wanting to experiment with. I figure if these 295/35 fit with decent clearance, I MIGHT be able to run 295/40 on all 4 corners but I highly doubt it.

I probably end up running a 295/35 or 285/40 on all corners.

AlexM - Is that a 295/40 on the rear?

If I offer you a few bucks for your time, could you put one of your rears on the front and tell me if they fit?

Very nice. considering these gloss black ones since the satin black are out of stock. My car is black though... so not sure of contrast.

Doubtful.

You probably could but I wouldn't lower it at all. In fact, I'm going to have to lift mine up a tad in the rear for sure. They aren't rubbing now. But I bet if it starts bouncing enough on the right road, it's going to.

20x10 all four corners with 295/35/20.

Lowered probably 1 1/4 on front and 1 1/2 on rear. I'll have to get better measurements before and after tomorrow. +23 offset on all four. Rears REALLY stick out.

Why wouldn't the gloss black go with your black car?

Seems to me gloss black would be a better match, then again, what do I know.

Ah man, you're making me sad now because you have coilovers and I don't so I doubt the fronts will work either. I'm lowered on Pedders springs with ZL-1 sways.

Hmmm I'm not sure I will like the rears sticking out that much. Damn it. My polished wheels might be up for sale then

Looks good! +23 on a 20x10 rear is VERY aggressive for our cars, even more than ZL1 fitment. Dial in about -1 degree of camber in the rear, that might help.

Great pics but hard to tell realistically how much they stick out. Could you take pics that are angled similar to the attached?

The straighter the better!

Thanks a bunch!

Good question....

The keyword here is "match"

Matching works well as long as there is contrast. I'm more of the belief that by using contrast and texture you can accentuate certain aspects of a car. Matching can often blend parts and actually deduct from their appearance if that makes sense. It's all subjective anyway.

I guess I'd have to see it first but my vote stays with satin until I see a black car on gloss wheel.
