Can you just apply this with a paper towel? Or special applicator?

you tend to apply with a foam type applicator

I'm assuming you're using it on the dash and things like that? If so use a microfiber cloth.

If its tires, use a tire applicator.

Can I use it on the exterior rubber pieces, around window, doors, sunroof, etc. prevent them from drying up

CG has a nice set of microfiber applicators that they sell in bulk. I think I got like 6 in a package. You can buy them individually as well. I also got their tire applicators. They also have their silky shine on sale for $8.99 right now. Be sure to check out the clearance, "I love free stuff", and wacky deals sections. Never know what you'll find in there.

Yes, but personally I find their Blue Guard II is the best for those surfaces. It really makes them look like new and I find it lasts a bit longer as its oil based.
