Ok, it's pink for a reason, and to be honest it was tastefully done. It's not riding on 32 inch rims with a 24 inch lift on it.

There is one of these breast cancer/pace cars at my dealer right now. They actually just wrapped a white SS that they had on the lot... It isn't painted. That may be the case for this one, as well.

It's a pacecar, GM probably did not spend thousands on a paint job.
I am 17, why does it matter? Prejudice based on age is true sign of immaturity. If you don't want to have a conversation with me, because I am young, you sir have a hell of a lot to learn about life.

I'll use this as an example, many people at my school drive drunk on a regular basis. All of them heard of people dying from accidents, but continued to drive under the influence until we had a school wide assembly. It really changed a lot of perspectives on the danger. We had guest speakers of people who died, fake victims, the fake victim's parents give a speech as if their son was dead and it really made an impact.

Having representation somewhere for people to see vs hearing it via word of mouth can make a huge difference. I really think you should look at yourself in a mirror before calling me ignorant. Remember I will be paying for your health care and social security and taking care of you in the future. Don't piss off the younger generations.

Personally, I originally wanted a white Camaro just so I could paint it pink, purple, or Black Amethyst Metallic.

I dought the organization paid for it. Most likely it was done for them by either GM or a dealer. It could also be a Vynal wrap that can be removed, and the Vynal was most likly provided by the company and is removable. It could also be a cancer survivor's car. I'm a cancer survivor and I don't see anything wrong with doing this to raise awareness.

Nope, this one was painted, but did have stickers for some of the effects. I suppose there was some front end damage as the front facia and rt front finder are off by a few shades. The brake guy I was talking too seemed think there was some damage that required the repaint.
Nice to support a cause, but this couldn't be much uglier.

It's a wrap and it's a great cause. Dealer near my work had one for a few months.

I like tata's, I don't like drinking and driving or cancer. But we did have a State Trooper that would substitute teach at my high school regularly. Drove his patrol car, wore his uniform and gun. And brought photo albums of lethal DUI accidents for us to see. A shoe 50 feet from the car, then you realize the foot is still in it, that sort. It left an impression.

I've heard not great things about that particular charity in terms of how much money goes to programs, but....

If indeed the vinyl wrap company, a dealership, or an individual paid to show support for a charity then good for them. That wasn't government money, at least I doubt it in that case, so if any private individuals want to support any charity then everyone needs to kind of take the ole "if you can't say something nice about it, don't say anything at all" stance. But really realize that somebody was contributing to fellow men and women in some way, and say to yourself, "Self, this person did something nice today, what did I do?" When I was working I gave a lot of money to charities, I never turned a legitimate charity away when they asked for help, not once turned one away as long as they were a real charity. Of course sometimes even the 501c3's turn out to have bad people running them, but I digress. But now that I've gone back to school full time and am broke I can't give money, but I try and look around and help people out in other ways. Lady couldn't reach something at the grocery store the other day, step in and grab it for her, guy in my car club said he was moving his storage unit, I drove my truck over to help out, another person said their cat was injured and they didn't have money for the vet, so I shot their cat for them while they were at work to put it out of my misery

ok, the last part was a bad joke. But the point is that whatever you can do you should, and if someone else is helping out somewhere be at least "That's cool" supportive of them.
