RX Super Chiller now selling!!

The most effective Supercharger intercooler temprature lowering system available as a gen 5 camaro specific system !!

$899plus shipping. ($39 in the lower 48)

We will install for $400 (takes 5-7 hours).

Here is a link to the pictures, explanation, and video of it in use:

http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=99515&page=12

To order, call direct: 727-422-0076 or email: RXProducts@aol.com

PayPal is down right now as we switch accounts.

Allow app 7-10 days lead time before kit ships.

The RX Super Chiller system is the most convieniant, effective, and easiest to use intake air charge cooling system available today.

The RX Super Chiller uses the cars AC system to chill the coolant used in water to air intercoolers to temps of 22-32* F on a continueous bases as long as the car is running and the AC compressor is on. The system only adds 7-9#'s additional weight on average and reduces the intake air temps on forced induction applications by 40-60* F allowing a densor more qxygen rich intake air charge for more aggressive tuning (avg 20-50 RWHP/RWTQ increase) with out the reacuuring costs of refilling CO2 tanks, or the hassel of ice chests and the melt water/added weight.

The installed sytem requires only 5-6oz's additional freon and each system has a "competition mode" that allows for the cabin AC to be disabled so there is no water dripping from the moisture removed from the cabin air. Track approved for both drag & road race. (for professional road racers we have an optional remote mount 12v compressor used just for the chiller system and allows continueous use at all rpm's)

The RX Super Chiller adds NO parasitic power loss as todays computer controlled systems the AC compressor disengages as soon as you go WOT (wide open throttle) so during your run down the strip the comp is off and their is enough residual cooling that by the time temps have risen 10-15* you are at the end of your run and the chiller kicks back on.

For street use the cabin AC works in conjuction with no noticeable reduction in the cabin AC's ability to keep you comfortable.

Here is a quote from the member here running it on his car:

"I can't get a any dyno time until tomorrow or Wednesday, so in the mean time went for a ride, 65mph

99* outside
Chiller off/ AC OFF- I/C water temp 101-102*, Engine coolant 180*

Chiller ON/ AC OFF- I/C water temp 54*, Engine coolant 188*

Chiller ON/AC ON- I/C wate temp 64*, Engine coolant 193*

As you can see the cooler is dropping the temps 35-50+ degrees depending on how it is running. But you also see the engine coolant temp goes up alittle with the compressor on, not alot but 8-12 degrees again depending on cabin air or not. I tried the same senerio several time within an hour and basically same results every time.

I also ran a 0-120mph run today with the Chiller OFF and I/C water temps started at 100* and went to 118 and never got below 108 again until I turned the chiller on. "

The type of guage/data readout will be an option depending on what you the customer wants. Were going to try and include this one in the price:

And watch the video:

So would it be possible to go and get my AC deserviced, then install the kit at home, then get the AC serviced?

Yes that is possible. A licensed/trained AC tech with a recovery machine can recover your 134a and then draw vac and recharge w/app 5 additional oz's for the extra volumn of the chiller. It is still an involved project at not for the average DIY person....but if your good at doing your own mods and understand wiring w/relays & solinoids you can do it.

This does NOT need anything refilled, no extra costs or bottles to remove, can be run constantly so it is not a "use only when making a run" type system, this is a continueous cooling keep your IAT's low at all times no matter what your doing....daily driving or track runs.

So far I'm not aware of any other method for lowering the IAT temps that is this effective and only adds 7# or so....and does not require purchasing a consumable, etc.

No bottles to refill, no dual tunes required, no 50-100# extra weight added (every 100#'s is a tenth in the quarter), one time cost and protects by cooling at all times, and we gained close to 50 rwhp/rwtq on the maggie car we just tuned on the dyno (it had a horrible tune in it) just by being able to optimize the tune for the IAT's.

Cools the cabin & the intercooler at the same time or the chiller alone (for track use).

Taking orders now and doing installs for those that want it soon, we are booking installs. Have slots open at the end of the month & into August right now.

Just completed the intial tests of the KB and hd similar results except the KB seems not as efficient of an intercooler and of course being larger than the maggie, was about 10* F above the maggie. Everything else was right in line dropping the IAT temps app 50* in app 4 minutes.
