Despite all of the sarcastic thoughts/comments going through my mind...the purpose of the suede and the contour of the seats is to help hold the driver in position. It seems that a "slip cover" would do just that...slip.

I know the seats look better but I didn't want the fear of grease on my suede to hinder me from driving my car when I want.

I was thinking the same thing too. I am more worried about wearing out the suede. Once the suede gets a little worn, it becomes noticable. Custom fitted seat covers do look pretty nice though.

Boooo for seat covers! I am not a fan and think that those really look cheap. My wife's 2007 Saturn has suede inserts on her seats (Redline package) and even after 6 years and 75K miles they show no signs of wear. I'd rather take my chances and just take extra caution then put those in my ZL1.

Thanks

Yea for what they are I think these are the best looking ones. I definitely want the Recaros when they come out though. I'm no longing working as a full time mechanic so I really don't need them. But it's nice to have when u or your passenger coming from the gym

And yes they are very easy to take on and off

Please, no seat covers! That's like putting a really cheap dress on a Super Model. The super model can make anything she has on look better, but not vice versa.
