Very funny people!
I dont have much a leg to stand on being the only Aussie. I guess the problem might be the Camaro misses America and has the shits being here. I'll take her out to meet some HSV's and Monaros today. This should cure the home sickness.

I have attached some pictures of a RHD Camaro for interest. Sorry they were taken late last night so the quality is average.

He's got to do what he's got to do. I would if I had the cash.

Have you tried turning off the nannies and see if there is a difference, there should be or something is definitely wrong.

This guy quoted Al Bundy, so he has a sense of humor, but...

Is this the only ZL1 in Australia, if not one of a very very few, yep, you're pretty much the cool guy at that point. I don't believe a price can be put on that.

Yeah it's turning more heads than a Lamborghini. I've had it for 24 hours and I have had plenty of people coming up and asking me questions. I had a kid come up and ask if that was bumble bee? His mum wanted a photo with him and the car. It's cool like that. But it doesn't work properly. :(

Shit Man. I'm so jealous. You can actually reach the parking brake and yank it up without breaking your wife's forearm.

Yeah I said "Yank" it up. Go ahead....I deserve it.

The RHD job looks fantastic...flawless even. I wonder what did they do for that small extra-reflective part of the windscreen where the HUD reflects into view. I wish you the best of luck on that rev limiter issue. Is that Blue, Black or Gray?

The car now hits redline!! i woke up this morbing and it worked!
Thanks everyone. the conversion is flawless. Down to the last details. The HUD was redesigned for RHD. It is black with dark grey stripe. It really is a massive job to convert it. Even the speedometer now reads to 320km per hour.
Had to even covert tail lights to have indicators and also the quarter panels need them too.
Airbag relays, window switches, boot release... Everything... Great job. I'm super impressed.

I don't know what part of Australia, but if ever come on vacation, you have to meet up with me and let me get a look in that thing, it's pretty cool, I mean obviously I know what the inside of a ZL1 looks like, but I'd still love to see that one

Congrats on that sweet ass ride. That's one hell of a conversion down to the very last detail even. Amazing.

Looking at the picture of the inside, it's weird how they didn't put the E-brake on the passenger side. They just left it in the same spot which looks like it would get in the way of shifting. I guess it's such a small detail and you'll get used to it being there. Anyhow congratulations again and enjoy it!

What fixed the redline issue? Did you do the fuse pull or anything?

Yeah for sure. I am from Sydney, If you are ever down here let me know.

I dont know what fixed the problem but the she seems to be running very well now.
I did a Fuse Pull. Maybe that helped?..
We are lucky with our Fuel in Australia, so maybe it had low grade fuel in it?
We can easily buy 99RON octane from the Pump and a minimum of 95RON. (I think it is a law.)
She is now always going to run on 99 Octane.

Glad it works fine now. I think that's awesome. I thought GM exported the Camaro to Australia. Was the conversion done stateside or in Australia?

Sounds like a clutch switch wire was not hooked back up.
