When can I use a waterless wash?

Well long story short I got rear ended and my bumper was replaced and painted. So how long do I need to wait before I can use something like a waterless wash on it again?

You can use it now. Wash clay polish, knock yourself out. The only thing you can't do is apply a wax or sealant.
