I haven't used Zaino products personally so I can't comment. But they just seem like they're stuck 10 years ago and with a very regimented system of how-to. I mean come on here's an excerpt from their site "I prefer high quality name brand 100% Cotton Towels Large White Bath Size for washing, drying and polishing. I don't like sponges natural or synthetic or any wash mitts, since they all can scratch."

But I guess they do good business, not to mention the Junkman flock that beg for borderless blondes and sell them out in no time for months.

HOLY CRAP this stuff is amazing, it's the first product I've tried where I seriously think I should pick up by the gallon.

On another note

I found some cheap 12oz Yorker bottles at Walmart so I picked up 6 for less than $5. So if anyone wants to trade I have M101 (16oz)/FG400 (8 oz) /Eraser (8oz) / Poorboys Spray and Rinse (12oz) I can send out. I'm looking for IronX/Crystal Seal/MF Towels (looking for 2-3 460/530/600 g/m buffing towels) or a glass sealant (GTechniq C1/Flyby30/etc...)

Also I don't know if anyone's used Sonax Glass Cleaner but it kinda sucks, leaves streaks like crazy that you have to go back and wipe off pretty aggressively. I'm almost tempted to dump the product just to keep the spray bottle, so if anyone wants that just pay shipping and I'll give you the remaining ~12ish oz.
I enjoy using v7. I used it as a QD in a car show and boy my car was super glossy afterwards.

Look at you. Now if they could only learn how to properly label their products.

Agreed. That's why I stopped using it... 10 years ago.

I had a discussion with Dylan at Adams when I was an admin on a G8 message board and he said essentially the same thing. I tried Tropicare products in the past as well, so now it's Adams turn.

Yeah, and only if Autopia could screw their caps on tight.

Yeah, and only if Autopia could screw their caps on tight.
That would be like a dream come true.

I'll apply a second coat of blackfire tomorrow and cap it with Americana on Tuesday night. Pics to come but my black paint looks like you can step into it!
I agree, all those products are great, especially the polishes.

Doesn't really matter on this godawful urethane coated leather. You're conditioning the plastic on top, not the leather. I like Werkstat Satin Prot for all interior surfaces. Ultima Interior Guard Plus is a great one too.

Well I maintain my leather with ultima interior guard. Leaves my seats super smooth and plastic doesn't turn greasy

Had some help today. And if you ever catch me washing in the afternoon sun again you have my permission to I feel like a rookie I just finished going over the car with detail spray and some Americana and I still see spots. Seriously had fun with my daughter but I don't know how you pros keep the spots off the car in the sun.

Rinseless washes. Dry the panel before water even has a chance to sit on it and etch in.

The only thing I do is I put the towel on the car without ringing it out watsoever - I want it dripping and sopping so the paint gets as much water for lube as possible...and don't press but hold by corners and pull the whole towel across the surface for max lubricity...

Ok ok I'll try it. I just love my process and when I get a jump on the day my driveway doesn't see the sun till about 10:30. This is the first time I washed it in the sun and it will be my last.

Who cares? Having fun with your daughter is what counts. You're not gonna look at this picture in ten years and remember the water spots. I give you credit for 'being there' when so many these days aren't.

Enjoy the time with your daughter. Kids grow up so fast. My kids are out doing a million things. I almost never see them!

Kind of tired of their crap at this point to be honest. Too many mistakes and customer service is pretty horrible lately. I have a call in about this latest screw up, so we'll see what they say.
Just to update. Today they returned my phone call with a form email. Asked me for verification of tape color?, whether the package was damaged, what needed replaced, etc.

Returned info to them with pics, was adamant that the box was undamaged and was NOT FedEx's fault. I got a response just now that they are filing a claim with FedEx for a damaged package during transit. That pisses me off. Trying to make FedEx eat the cost for their screw up. FedEx didn't open the box, unscrew the cap, and put it all back in.

I am getting a new bottle of UIG+ and a new applicator but that's beyond shady.

Youre not the first person complaining about bad service lately.

As long as I get my stuff properly and treated right, I continue to shop from them, but it seems they are getting too big to handle customer service as well as they used to...

I can't really complain because in the end I'll have a bottle and a half of UIG+ instead of one bottle, but still. The principle of blaming the shipper when you have photo evidence is just beyond reprehensible.
