Fully agree, I have had other ZL-1 owners in my car and they can't believe how much better it handles compaired to theirs.

When do you notice the difference the most? How would you describe it?

Is the improvement primarily due to the lowering springs, the bushings or the sways? Was thinking of just throwing on a set of sways if that makes sense..

I have springs and bushings. No sway bars (yet). The car feels like it hugs the road even more on corners and sharp turns, with it in one of the PTMs its almost as if the car doesn't have to work as hard.
This upgrade just gives a sense of more control over the car.

My .02 cents , is difference on launch on the strip !

I have the full Pedders ZL1 race suspension upgrade (bushings / coil overs /sway bars )

It doesn't sway and feels seated to the ground more ! I bet a video of stock vs Pedderized ZL1 side by side on strip you would see the difference !

At last years Camaros for Heroes event , my only performance mod was Peddders and I beat all those stock ZL1's that went against me !

The addition of springs and bushings now allows me to feel the car give feedback thru a turn. Much more feedback from the tires and it tracks smoothly with it's initial turn-in when entering a corner. I have not added thicker sway bars yet. You can feel it the first time you enter a turn.

My springs are back ordered.

Does anybody have the 4 wheel alignment spec?

I need this so that I can take it to the shop and get a proper alignment.

Thank you

Thinking of ordering the Subframe bushing and Sway bars next.

Just can't stop the mods help me please.

Donation welcome.

Send Pete a message. He should be able to advise you. I have a print out of mine, but I'm not sure if it would work for everyone as Pete set it up for pure track handling. It's a little aggresive on tire wear.

That's a necessary trade of that I don't mind doing. The car feels so smooth when going through corners. When the car was stock I was happy the way it handled. Now after adding the components I am very impressed with my car now! Waiting for sway bars to arrive for installation. Then off for some track time at some road courses, as we can all agree that is what this car was designed to be driven on.

Sharp-ZL1,

I cannot wait to hear how you like the car after changing the springs. I would also suggest when you are ready to add the subframe bushings, they really change the rear end "feeling" of the ZL1.
