Any pics of a 5th gen next to 2nd gen?

Really trying to understand how they compare size wise. Never had a 2nd gen before.

I will have to get some pics for you. Mine are side by side in the garage. Even with a stock suspension, my 71 is lower than my SS, but when you sit in the 71 , you will sit higher up. Over all, the 71 is longer due to the more pointed front end. Looking out the 71 the hood is longer and the back end is more narrow. They share some of the same look with the 4 taillights. I love my 71, but it feels so different going from new to old.

Here's mine

Had my 80 first then picked up the 2013 this summer. Love to drive them both. I think the 80 sits lower and the front is longer.

I dove my 71 around today and just blows my mind how loose and unsafe the car is.

Man I used to run against a green one like that way back in the day, 70-1/2 Z/28 Hertz car so it had a column shift. That's the only one I ever saw in that green color.

Anyway, nice cars everyone.
