If you can afford it, I would go with NOWEEDS all the way.

No comparison IMO

That is the one for the 5th Gens. No weeds is a waste of money and restrictive when closed.

I've had QTP for 4 years, it was my first mod. They have worked perfectly since I had them installed. I am not claiming they are any better or any worse that any other brand. You guys that say other brands are better.....why? What makes them better? I don't know how my QTP cutouts could be any better.

And I have no clue...I would love to have a set of noweeds/dmh/QTP on my car, but I don't know what would sound the best. When they are open, I want them to sound like a boat motor out of water. I want it to be LOUD but I don't want it to sound like a truck with flowmasters..I've watched countless videos on YouTube and the only videos that give me evidence of what I want have QTP on their car.

What I think I'm going to do is get a set of headers, no cats, and run QTP cutouts right behind it. Would that give me the "boat motor out if water" sound?

Just doing LT headers and no cats might give you what you want. I did that on mine, and I have the dual mode exhaust with the fuse pulled. I love that sound.

The video you posted also has cam work done to it, that is what's making the boat sound your hearing.

With mine, when I mat it at 45mph it is almost embarrassing loud ... They sound completely different under load.
