Cam Install what's the difficulty level?

So I'm going to pull the trigger on a Vengeance Kaotic cam and was wondering if its a pretty basic install? I've done all the work to my Camaro from the BMR Trailing Arms to my TSP headers, and was wondering if this is a project I'd be able to tackle and are there any special tools needed? Also if anyone has that cam how are you liking it?

Just take your time and you'll be fine. I did my first cam swap on my car 15k miles ago. Still running strong.

Its more of a time consuming job than a difficult one. Set a weekend aside and take your time. Bag and label.

Make sure you have all the specialty tools you need before you start. I took my time and followed the excellent DIY thread, and had it done in about 13 hrs. It's been over 15,000 miles and still running great.

Haha. I have never had a forum that I returned to after I bought a new car. I can only hope this one will be different.

How you been Mike? I'm sure you're enjoying that new machine of yours.

This book here is a very very good read it has lots of pics, torque specs pretty much everything you'll need for a heads and cam job. Even a motor build.

Books are good for when you have your car torn apart at the shop and your phone is dying and your internet is about to vanish.
