OK, probably going to ruffle some feathers here, but to me the cloth top looks cheap. For what little "cloth" is their, you would think they could do some kind of a fold down hard top.

So far, they can ONLY be ordered as an option on 2014 SS & ZL1, standard for Z28. I'd assume the same will be for the 2015 MY. And they are extremely comfy and completely badass in any which way you can think off IMO.

I believe because fold down hardtops are usually expensive, and usually weight a ton. Camaro is already heavy enough as is

hey Thanks for the tip!!! it will be the 1st thing i'll do, on my ss. when i'll get my hands on it. for me ,it's very ugly i just don't like chrome on new cars. ok on a 57 chevy but not on a 14.

Yeah, it's way too busy with that plastic covering the metal.

You forgot the console, radio, seat trim, rear deck, back seat trim, under the hood and in the trunk.

What else? Oh the headlights, grill, turn signals, DRLs, side markers, taillights, rear diffuser...
Front bumper, rear bumper, moldings, items that are referred to as glass.

No offense, but anyone who owns an early 2000s GM product shouldn't complain about the plastics in newer cars. Myself included.

I would really like to know WHAT make/brand/model DOESN'T have plastic in them? Seriously? What DO you want the interior made out of? Wood? Rocks? Play Doh?

Looking at all of the vehicles on your sig list which of them didn't have a lot of plastic in the interior.

Seriously!!! First off every modern car has plastic everywhere in the interior. Some grain it, hide it, cover it, style it better than others, but it's there. Second, the vehicles in your signature have plastic interiors that are some of the worst out there so why is the 5th gen Camaro so objectionable? Why do the mods let this BS thread live on but bury the windshield thread which was very quite entertaining. Come on plastic interiors, objectionable top fabric, ugly rear tail lights? A folding hard top on a Camaro? This thread is a celebration of ignorance.

The Silverado probably has the best quality plastic but still plastic.

i will say the dash plastic in the earlier 5thgens and the mustangs too wasn't any better than the 90s versions. actually the mustang got worse.
can't believe this thread is resurrected. i actually am seeing as many 2014 and 2015s on the road as earlier versions. pretty much any time i go anywhere.
