Clear bra repair?

I have a relatively new clear bra that has a few bubbles, where there was trapped fluid that appears to have fully dried. I also have a small nick which appears to be through the film with a small area around it which has lifted off the paint (so it also looks like a bubble).

Can either be fixed? The installer said not to try rubbing out the bubbles, at least while there was fluid underneath. And the nick - can it / should it be sealed? I have another very small area on an edge that got a little dirt underneath - the film is really sticky. I'm thinking this film damage could look really bad against my white paint if dirty fluids can get in there.

Chances are if the install was just done it does take a few days for everything to settle including air bubbles. If this is an issue that hasn't resolved then I would bring back to have it redone.

Get a small syringe and suck the air out.

I had a few small bubbles after my install. My installer simply removed the trapped air with a very small syringe.
