Talking QTP Oval Electric Cut Outs Available @ APEX Motorsports!!!

Quick Time Performance 2.5" - 3" Oval Electric Exhaust Cut Out, Pair: $384.99

This pair of oval electric exhaust cut outs gives you the ability to let the exhaust open wide at the flick of a switch. No need to uncap your cutout like "the good ol' days". With the Quick Time Electric Cutout you can have the best of both worlds! Quiet for the street and wide open for the strip. Go from stealth quiet to wide open power and experience the gains even if your already enjoying an aftermarket exhaust system. You control the volume, you control the power. Open your exhaust with the flip of a switch. Run it closed, run it all the way open or any position in between. Adjust your back pressure to save gas.

What is the major difference (besides price) between the QTP cutouts vs. the noweeds???

Instillation? Quality?

Thanks

Both are high quality products, they just take two different approaches that result is a large price difference. The Noweeds is a pretty elaborate setup the replaces part or your exhaust system. The QTP is more modular and has a more flexible install.

Exhaust cut outs

Im interested in buying cutouts. Any information on them. Do they effect any back pressures with the computer sensors?

No it's pure sound and after all sensors so the car doesn't even know they're there

I gain 7.5 additional RWHP with my cutouts open (409.5, up from 402)
These things are so awesome.
When you are at a light, and a ricer pulls up next to you and revs his poor little weed eater of an "engine" I flip the switch, open my cutouts, rev my ultra manly Camaro engine, and watch as his smile fades and all of his hopes and dreams are dashed on the sharp rocks of reality. It makes you feel better than giving food to the homeless.

These are also wonderful when you are at an intersection and a pedestrian is being extra slow to cross, you know like a total jacka$$.
I open them up and then rev the engine.
The look of pure unholy terror on there face as the begin to run and simultaneously evacuate their bowels is priceless.

On a stock SS, with just a CAI, would these be the loudest you get on sound, compared to retro chambered catback, and borla Atak catback? Haven't had a chance to hear none none in person. Also Pm best price shipped to 76120. Thanks!

Price shipped to 78046? What is the difference between these and the manual cutouts? Performance wise. Can you install these after getting the manual cutouts?
