V6 Analog Speedometer

Do any of you guys find the analog speedometer kinda hard to read? I've been using the digital speedometer in the DIC pretty much exclusively and it has been great, but I feel like they shouldn't have incremented the numbers in the analog gauge anymore than 10 mph at a time. Not sure if the SS speedometer is any better, but I wonder if any aftermarket vendors will come out with a nice overlay. I'd be interested.

Same here for the most part. It is not easy to get an accurate reading of the analog speedo with quick glances at all. Getting used to it though.

When I loooked at the interior of the car, I thought it was OK mostly, but the speedo/tach was one of the standout negatives.

I use the digital speedometer, every time I've glanced at the analog it just doesn't work for me.

I've seen the references to a future HUD but frankly the digital speedo in the DIC is A-OK so I will not miss a HUD if/when its available.

We had the HUD in my wife's 2001 & 2004 Gran Prix GTPs and loved it except when a stone cracked the windshield in the 2004 and because of the reflective material used the replacement windshield was ~$800.!
