Loved the 3rd gen, actually on the hunt to purchase one.

Also you may want to fix this as it sounds funny and confused the hell out of me.

Always sad to see a car go.

On another note, looks like those 40k miles were driven through flaming hail.

Very true, as you can see took off the original Lovurs, and a few other pieces, just time consuming

I remember when these cars were new.

I recall that the 2.8 V6 was a pretty rotten motor and most dumped the cars before they hit 100k. What made you park this one after only 40k miles?

Looks like a good project car for a high school hobby shop! One of our club members has an '87 V8 IROCZ with only 6,000 miles. Hard to believe the difference in condition!

A car can look like dead within a few years if the owners don't keep up on the maintainence and repairs. Garages help a lot with paint preservation.

:( Very sad. Hard to let go of a car, especially one that's been with you for that long.

That was really dumb junking that car. The body was straight. Would have been a great project. Plus they tossed a lot of useful parts. Did it just go to a scrap yard? :(
