Chevy to offer up new interior trim color options and....

a few other goodies, like an available summer/winter floor mats package. They are adding Silver, Orange, White, and Yellow Interior trim kits.

I was looking some up some info on the 2014 Camaro order guide and noticed these changes. I haven't heard about these changes, so looks like I uncovered a surprise.

Here's the link to the order guide to check out for yourself:

http://www.gmfleetorderguide.com/NAS...&page=&butID=1

you'll have to print out the book (to a pdf) in order to see some of the info that I've shown.

Hopefully I haven't ruined this for anybody

Yes it's new but what is it? They say not available with such and such. What does it consist of?

I'll bet it's the trim kit used in the SSE, as shown here:

If I'm reading it correctly, it gives 1LT and 1SS buyers the option of having the painted interior trim on the dash and door (that comes standard in 2LT/2SS trim) to replace the fabric panels used in these trim levels.

I'm liking that white is an option. I've seen a few people do this themselves and it looks really good.

They're the same interior kits GM has been offering since 2010, just now they are probably a factory build option rather than an dealer accessory add on.

LPO is still a dealer install,,, but LPO allows the dealer to check that option during the online build/order. Stuff is supposed to come to the dealer same time the car does.
