Serpentine belt shredding

I have had this issue since I bought the car. Almost anything over 5000rpm the belt walks fwd and starts to shred. At first it looked to be the 8rib crank pulley as it had a wobble. So I swapped to a 10 rib because eventually I wanted all 10 ribs since it was slipping a little as well. I have been through many belts and finally yesterday put my gopro under the hood while I put a 8 rib belt on to see what happens.
The engine is an iron block, stage2 cam,AR LT, ID850's,Bo white TB, ADM cai, 10%OD crank, 3.2 upper, rear cog running @ 14psi but starts to slip at 4500 going up then slings the belt off.

Belt is 080952 or 100950 and those are very tight to get on.

What do y'all think of this?

Thanks in advance
