bad coil pack possible

ok so I have checked my valve springs all look good. Looked at the spark plugs one was totally shot and broken and 2 others were fuel saturated so I changed the plugs drove It again ran a little better but still sluggish so im assuming the 2 fuel saturated plugs are detonating due to bad coil pack any thoughts on that and how can I troubleshoot the coil pack and before you ask I took them off when I took the valve cover off to look for broken springs so I have no idea which one was on the 2 fuel plugs thanks

Unplug the suspected bad coil pack and swap it with a known good one and drive around. If the spark plug that you swapped the suspected bad one to is fuel saturated like the other one, you've found your bad coil pack.

Or get yourself an induction ignition/spark tester.
