Although I can see how a line lock would be a nice little addition, I am not looking to mod my car or specialize in burnouts.

Since I would just be running for fun (not even to win, just for fun against my own times) me thinks that I will just make do with flooring the L99 on "go"... in 'M' mode... all things traction/stable turned off... and letting the car shift instead of TapShifting.
Some use it to get a quicker launch when racing also..instead of having a foot on the brake you just realease the button

Yeah, it does make great sense... a launch control of sorts for automatics, which I would assume is lower impact to the drive train given the front brakes are engaged but not the rear... but, it's a mod to the car I don't want to have done.... I know, I know.. it's minor... but, it's not stock and that's where my tendencies lie.

This sounds really good... I think... what does it mean? Sorry... as noted by IRPQ11, some on the thread are in training.

I think it was Scott@Bjorn3D that got beat by the 6 cyl. IRPQ was beat by his wife's Lexus.

So, since I know you know and we have history, educate me on what those specs mean.

Scott was beat by the LT. Mine is just suspected to be slow. But I was beat by a fast car. Just shouldn't have been.

And I don't know what your last post meant. :(
