Most Obnoxious Exhaust

Currently i have the NPP system, and it just not enough bark for me. I had SLP loudmouth I on my '02 which alot of people complain of beeing too loud or "drone" but i personally love loud and obnoxious. obviously with a good tone though.

I was looking at maybe doing headers, but the dealer is kinda iffy on whether they will still honor the warranty. so needless to say warranty is more important that +30hp or so.

But Im still looking for a louder cat-back i know everyone will have there own choice and REASONS. and i want to here them ALL!!!!!!

Personally was leaning towards Borla ATAK cat-back w/ x-pipe.

but i just recently found this from stainless works. http://www.modbargains.com/stainless...ust-camaro.htm

which uses larger pipes than borla does,

If you want it obnoxious, you will need the headers and a cat delete. Then get the SW Catback with Turbo S-tube mufflers. Add No-Weeds diverters for an even louder touch.

Just curious as to what the point is of buying a Magnaflow/SLP exhaust that is just a muffler delete? It's a lot cheaper to just have a shop weld in straight pipes.

I have longtubes with no cats and cutouts before the mufflers. It's very loud but sounds good.

I think the loudest exhaust combo is headers, no cats, and Borla ATAK mufflers.

The loudest catback I've heard was a Borla ATAK with headers x-pipe and no cats. It sounded like a NASCAR stocker when he cranked it up.

I have no complaints with my Flowmasters.. Headers into 3" all the way back to American Thunder seizes mufflers.
Are you keeping the NPP diffuser?
Most systems aren't dual tips like NPP

Since the OP mentioned no long tubes do to warranty. Slap on some shorties, add high flow cats, see how you like it. You can always get rid of the dual mode afterwards. The shorties won't really add and power, but do help with sound being deeper. If you don't mind some serious coin. ARH has very nice shorties. I bought my shorties and cats used, knowing down the road I would get lth. Listen to a lot videos, with eithrr headphones or through really good speakers. For what it's worth, my exhaust is "scare small children and piss off Prius drivers" loud.

just go headers no cats , true x pip and any muffler delete and it gonna be loud. i have magnaflow comps catback 2.5 and headers no cat with a resonated x. its mid loud on wot. but before i had a true x and it was super loud. i loved it but all my family beside me so i figured i would calm it down a bit.

warranty problem just put ur stock manifold on . its a 2-3 hour job.

Stainless Works 2" Headers, Cat Delete and Stainless Works Chambered ZL1 catback should make for one aggressive and loud combo.
