Where does this piece go!? front fascia removal

Hey guys,

Where the heck does this piece go? I saw it hanging off the car after I pulled the front fascia off.

Attached are two pics of the piece and one of me trying to re create where I saw it hanging.

Thanks.

On my iPhone it looks like a piece of the lower air deflector.

How long is it?

If I am correct and you are installing a ZL1 facia you do not need it.

Only about 10 inches long. But no I'm not installing ZL1, I was installing the apex air scoop so I removed the front fascia.

Hopefully it's not important because I re installed everything with that piece left out...
