Just wondering if anyone here running an M&H 390/40/17? I am planning on running these after gearing my A6 with 3.91s.

390??? 29.5" tall???

You're going to need a 4" lift in order to fit those.

The TA is lowered but tubbed and the red vette is stock height, pretty sure that they fit the camaros. Maybe I should just go for it and find out I think lol

Why the hell would you need a 390

The fastest cars around here hook on the 10" slick.

Those rear Welds stick out right? If you mount those tires won't the tires stick out as well?

Short tires are deceiving. Put a straight edge up against the wheel and measure how far the straight edge is away from the fender. I'm guessing about 1.5". That is fine if you are running short tires, but if you put a tall tire on there it WILL hit the fender.

You won't be able to fit a 390/40 17 tire with out some expensive fabrication.

Sounds like someone bought a used set of Welds hoping they'd work out, and they're gonna be a headache now...

They'll fit if you're handy with a sawzall!!!!!!!!!!

Here's a 28 x 14.5 x 16. I can almost smash the fender on a launch. Any taller and I would.

If my car made any power I'd smash right into the fenders.

My street tires are 29.5 tall. They fit and don't rub but I'm not a 12.5 rim either nor am I that wide.
