Looks really similar, like really really similar, to the Holley intake.

Yup! Very! But I'd still want the real deal. Holley supports our hobby and they have done all the R&d bud. Save yourself from potential problems and get the real deal with customer support that's guaranteed. Just saying.

Lol yea a fabbed/sheetmetal intake sure, if its from Wilson or Beck lol

Who made these they don't even have a name, I know Holley doesn't just weld them. That's all I'm trying to say, I'm not knocking the product. I just wouldn't chance it, that's just "I" "me" saying.

Here for 50 more dollars you can use a 102tb and it comes with fuel rails.

Not bashing, but do you mean the R&D that Holley put into their manifold?

Little, do you know if this manifold does any better than a ported stocker?

I know it's overkill on a basic bolt-on car but will that HURT performance at all?

I can't see this being good on a street car. Keep your stock manifold. Now if your making 600+ and going to the track all the time, then go for it.

Yes, for $50 more you are better off going with the real Holley. If the fake one was like let's say $400, then it would be a good deal as far as I'm concerned. But at these prices, get the real deal!!

That manifold is a Chinese knock-off of a precision metalcraft intake which is (or was) $3500.

Comparing it to a cast holley (which is probably cast overseas like my holley valve covers) isn't an accurate comparison even though they are similar in style.

+1. It's total crap and the insides were made by someone who doesn't comprehend airflow dynamics at all. You can find comparison pics if you google precision metalcraft. It was made by a kindergartener who figured out how to turn on a MIG welder.

Found it.
Gotta love weld slag and other crud right above your valves. And its basically exhaust tubing versus anything meant for intake runners being port matched to your head.

The precision metalcraft one, its been redesigned since with an even smoother flowing velocity stack

Yup, but I'm hoping for a plastic version that Nathan has been discussing. Less heat soak that way so better for flogging on a road course.
