No, just switching calipers won't let u get a 15 or 16 inch wheel. You'll need suspension components that allow for a 15 or 16 inch wheel

You don't have to change brake calipers with 17 inch wheels. In fact most can get away without changing out the LCA either. 17's will get you the option to run slicks too.

If u look close 2 have 17 front and 18 rears. The 1 with 17 front and 15 rear suspension changes! 17 fronts r fine.

You can swap to a V6 rear brake and run a 16" Bogart. No suspension work needed. At most a little LCA clearance but that's easy.

Ok, he's your first problem. If you want a 15,16, or 17" wheel loose the word budget. These aren't cheap nor or the mods needed to run these.

Second problem.....You wanted these quick. The Welds and def the Bogarts are built to order. Figure 4-6 weeks unless Sumitt or Jegs has some Welds in stock at the time. Or find a used set.

BOGARTS ONLY:
For a 17" there are no mods needed to run one. Well, deep pockets, but that's about it. All you need to do is tie back the E brake cable.

For a 16" you'll need a full V6 conversion. It's more than just a caliper. There are used set's for sale here all the time. I did mine brand new from GM. The parts list was a full page long and over $1k.

No 15" Bogarts being used. You'll need to run the Weld with a suspension conversion and a brake conversion. Not cheap nor easy.

For you it seems like you need a 17" or 18" to bolt up and run.

If you want budget get some Z06 replicas in 18" for ~$160 each with MT ET Streets ~$300 each.
