GTO stock exhaust on Camaro ss

Im not even sure this is possible. Has anyone attempted, or successfully installed a stock 04-06 GTO exhaust onto their 2010-2013 Camaro ss? The stock ss exhaust note is not very impressive as we all know. With that said, I personally LOVE the stock exhaust note of the newer Goat. That deep, throaty growl should have been an inspiration when the V8 5th gen Camaro was introduced. Thoughts welcome.

WHY even try ? I would just remove the resonator from the ss exhaust and sounds real good IMO

No you're not going to fit it, and if you really want to try focus on the mufflers of the 04 MY only. Those are the ones that sound great, the 05-06 sound like poop.

For a cheap mod, you can try and have an exhaust shop put the 04 mufflers instead of your mufflers.

Long story short No one has or will try it just doesn't make scene IMO, but don't understand why even waste time doing it.

Stock GTO exhaust was shitty too! Ask me how I know? I have a complete set from an 06, you interested?

And no they will not fit! Different hangers, paths and location on the cans.

Any stock exhaust system is less than impressive IMO, the only way to go is aftermarket to make a car sound good.
