can somebody post a picture of what the certificate looks like. all I got was a letter with my vin number from chevy saying i was the real buyer of my car. I thought it was some special looking certificate with all your options etc on it.

Mine must still be somewhere "in the mail" along with all those "checks" I never received.

Bought my car 8/26 and my cert was mailed 9/11. 16 days from purchase to mailing. Not bad considering what it used to be like.

Maybe? I received an email about a month ago saying they had my information and would be sending out my certificate - still nothing though.

FYI.... I just sent an email (as in the beginning post), added my VIN and other info... and just received a call from GM that my certificate will be here in 2-3weeks. That is quite impressive getting a call back so fast, asking for address verification.

Canadian owners don't get these certificates apparently. Funny the car gets built here but we can't afford a stamp! F##k sakes!

Sent my info with a phone number to the email listed. I received a phone call back within 10 mins..was pretty excited by that. Then got transferred to Canada Gm.The lady there was excellent but unfortunately had no idea what I was talking about. Excitement lost! She insured me she would check into it and get back to me... Doesn't look good for us Canadians...... We will see I guess, thought it would definitely look cool framed in my office. Hopefully that is my emotional high and low for the day...

send a email and find out,its not hard to do,they email you back the same day to let you know,or they did at least with me..

Plus it would be pretty silly to have a program like this just for the ZL1 and only give it to the first 2 yrs...

I sent my request in November 4th and received a call a few days later that I would receive it in 2 to 3 weeks. Sent another e- mail December 19th saying that I had not received please check status. Received another call a few days later saying that it had been mailed and confirmed my address.

Waited until yesterday and I sent another e-mail asking to please check status. Spent an agonizing 33 minutes and 22 seconds today on the phone with an Asian lady with a heavy accent trying to explain what I originally requested in my first e-mail. She had no clue! At first she thought I was requesting some sort of discount coupon and suggested I contact the selling dealer. Then she thought I needed some sort of certificate for the DMV!

After being put on hold several times she apologized for the delay in getting the certificate but said it would be another 2 to 3 weeks before I would receive it!!! After all I've been through to get my certificate and being told once that it was in the mail, I would think someone at Chevrolet would follow-up on this and FedEx it to me!!! I have a Suburban, Z71 Crew Cab, and Tahoe sitting in my driveway - C'mon Chevrolet!!!
