During acceleration, pops and hesitates like a blow out. Driving back to work cylinders 1, 3, 6 had misifires. Its higher range so the spark gap is almost there. I'm using iridium plugs.

Did you try to swap the coils around? #6 for #1, see if it is putting out the voltage

Here is what my Torque app is saying after I get to 6k rpm's. The AFR(m) is for when I'm hooked into the Mustang since they get a wideband built into their cars (hint hint Chevy).

The Mustangs have a built in wideband? Aww geez. That'd make tuning a breeze even for these "mail order" tunes.

I'm jealous.

Yep! And it does!

Ford has been putting in widebands for a while... even our 2011 Flex has a stock wideband! It actually allows the cars to become "Self-Tuning" to a degree! So, yes, makes things a lot easier!

Still popping even at 0.025 gap. Going to 0.031 gap and see if hex vents will cool off the coil plugs enough they will work all the time. Next will be an aftermarket coil, but who the hell makes them? I know the Mustang V6 has aftermarket ones, don't know if they would work on my car though.

Add a display, then under misfire cylinder #. You need to add the GM specific monitors, which is under settings. Go to manage extra PID, then add a predefined set.

Got my hex vents installed, look damn good on cyber gray metallic stripes. I can actually open the hood and not get 3rd degree burns now from the heat coming out of the engine bay.

Still having problems with popping and hesitation over 5000 RPM's. The autolites I think are shot, I probably destroyed the iridium tip when regapping them. Going to put the stocks back on and order some Denso ITV22's that come pre-gapped.

Also got my AFR gauge and pillar pod, about to install them, will post pictures later.

So over all this hasn't been an issue with the SC, but a trail of issues since the problems with the IM?

That helps seal the engine better, just like installing pistons upside down.

Got my AFR gauge installed and I got the pillar pods installed. Now I can see what is happening with the engine. I'm surprised at how much the gauge bounces around while cruising around.

I also put fuel cleaner in my car yesterday, see if that helps.

$240 for the wideband gauge, $85 for the boost mechanical gauge, both cobalts. Looked that the Aeroforce Interceptors, but I have the torque app for information like that. Plus analog looks cooler.
