Your talking about at WOT right?

And Magnunm do you by any chance of how you wired and installed the gauge and wide band sensor?

I don't trust the shops around here, plus my problems came from an intake manifold coming apart. I talked to Andy and he agreed that I'm running rich, I may have a boost leak. I think its on the intercooler connection, but I don't want to take the front bumper off if I don't have to.

For the gauges, the wideband comes with its own sensor, you just have to run a wire from the ignition to the gauge. Both gauges need to have power from the instrument lighting, which I T-tapped from the purple wire on the purple plug under the dash.

I had the problem is too rich, Arno gave me a better tune. but I already had a dyno that is where i saw the air fuel was off the scale rich. dynoed at 345 hp. never went back to see what is got with this new tune. Cleaning the tips once every three weeks verses once every three days. I should have known better.

I spoke with Arno a few weeks back after doing a data log. My afr was 11-12.5. He said it was good. Car runs smooth but haven't had a chance to take it back to the track. This is my 2nd tune since I got my system. Wish there was a way to bridge the gap just a little more with my afr.

I managed to change out the clamp on the intercooler that held the hose from it to the throttle body. The worm gear on that one was stripped, replaced it and the hose is on there tight.

Not going to do any more troubleshooting or racing until I get my intake manifold back, should be getting it next week some time, then I can do some painting.

As always, best of luck. Really hope you have that car running perfect when the cooler temps come and hopefully you can nab yourself some good times.

Thanks, with this wideband I can see what the engine is doing now and better diagnose the problem. Right now I'm running 10 AFR at WOT, when the exhaust pops and hesitates it goes to 11 AFR, so the spark is not happening. Going to order some Denso ITV22's, supposed to be pre-gapped. I probably tried to re-gap the Autolites so many times that I destroyed the Iridium tip. The stock spark plugs are in the car right now and sometimes I will get full power and the AFR will be at 10.5 to 11, other times it will be 10 then jump to 11 or higher. One thing that pisses me off is that I can buy aftermarket coil packs for my wife's Mustang, but the Camaro gets nothing.

Once I get my ported IM back, I'm going to put the Ice-olator and Plenum spacer back on, get everything painted and start looking at the fuel trims then. I've read that I should be near 11.8 AFR for a good balance between power and safety. Maybe though once I get the intake back that it will provide better airflow and raise my AFR.

Money is starting to be stashed away for the Procharger for the Mustang. Promised my wife she will get one for her graduation gift from college.

Painted the throttle body, intake manifold, ignition coils, and the positive post cover. Wrapped the red wires with Russell wire wrap to make it look better in the engine bay. Now I just need to get the AFR fixed so she will have the go to go with the show.

Question. Is the clear starting to go on your plenum? Seems like some of my paint on my throttle body is starting to fade a little under a 100 miles and 3months.
