Its your car and money, so I'll repeat, call Julio. Get the answers from the experts, when ever possible.
i was just going off of the dozens and dozens of alky systems i have installed and we have tuned here at Lethal.

I didn't meant to upset you and I know you know your stuff.
I just know that at 550hp, a dual nozzle is overkill and I personally know of cases where running the gain too low (under 4 if I recall) can cause problems with the system.

nah, its not like that.

what i meant is that when we did do one nozzle installs it always turned out that the customer came back later for more hp or, the one nozzle didnt drop the iat's down enough to help out the pulling of timing.

Alkycontrol for the win. single nozzle will be more then enough for your setup but as Black10 said, a dual while you're in there is worth it since no one ever has enough power. As long as you keep the gain at the appropriate level and the tune is $$$$ you will not have any problems.

Let me know if I can help you in anyway in getting your Alky kit or if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Ok... Just do the dual if you feel the need. As long as you use Alky Control.

I was single nozzle at 600 rwhp. When I changed to dual, it cost something like 40 bucks for the kit and I had to waste a half hour adding it.

Thanks for the info / help I'll keep it all in mind and get in contact with Julio @ Alky. I'll see where I go from there on what to buy for my goals.

Alky Control, installed @ 497 RWHP with no issues and have since move up to 652 RWHP and still working great! May as well start with dual because you will end up there. We all do

Curious how much fuel you are having to pull in this / similar setups to avoid going too rich (impacting HP) and then as a result being so heavily dependent upon meth as a fuel source that any failure could cause a lean situation....

Could you comment on how you are addressing your tune here? .... I, like many, really want to leverage meth as a cooling and for the safety elements it offers so well - but not to the point I must pull fuel due to being so rich and then have potential risk. I don't even want to add timing with meth ....

Thanks for the insight from all the smart folks here....

You would have to contact Shawn or nick at lethal racing for the tuning details. I do know they mounted the IAT sensor after the meth nozzles and the tune was set up so if it saw a large increase in temp (indicating no meth/bad pump ect) then it would pull all the timing and save the motor. That's how most do it I believe. Maybe one if them will chime in and give you more details. I personally see no problems with tuning the meth for power as long as there are safeties in place. I also had a light nick mounted by my boost gauge to tell me when the pump was on (red) and when I was at full psi (green) hope this helps.
