That place is sweet though! We're going back to college station for another tour either later this year or early next year I will definitely have to check this out.
Thanks!
Yeah man its where I am living and there is another high rise going in too.

They are preparing for all of the influx of kids that choose A&M because of their football team

Currently doing my general ed at Palomar College but hopefully transferring to SDSU for criminal justice.

I saved and work full time at City Chevrolet so that's how I got mine

I also took all the right steps like getting a credit card at 18 to start building credit....

Im technically a senior at SUNY Farmingdale but im taking time off working for an internet startup hopefully be rich someday hah.

Best bet to affording anything is to take risks, work a lot, and on that friday night when your friends want you to go out go work somewhere at night instead. they spend $100 you make $100.

I'm starting at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut this fall. I payed for my car by trading in my old car (which I payed for), and having my parents take out a loan for the rest, which I pay off every month. I work thirty hours a week split between delivering pizzas and doing paralegal work, to afford my car payments and mods.

Last time I went to A&M it looked really old and nasty but I guess since they moved to the SEC they got a lot of new money and they are re-doing or building everything and it is like the prettiest campus i've been to. I can see why they need more housing. There aren't many on campus dorms.

Its going to be a tough decision when it comes down to it. I was pretty dead set on UT Austin but (No offense) the people there are weird and it is way too crowded.

As long as you have good credit and decent income, you'll have no problem. I'm still college age... lol
