Count me there.. My father in law is local Pres for CMA motorcycle club and they always volunteer at the event. We get good parking and really get to enjoy the event. Usually spend the night from Sat to Sun.. Its great.. My boys love it.

Curious to know. What tires are you guys running for this kind of thing? I'm assuming most high performance tires in our sizes will stand up to the speeds most of us would be hitting.

Tires are teched for the intended speed... A stock SS might hit 145-150, guess only, and the factory tires are fine... I run the Goodyear Eagle F1 supercar G:2 tires that come standard on the ZL1... I'm teched unlimited... If I can keep her together... 230 should be in reach...

I'm hoping my schedule allows me to run in October... I'll be signing up and hoping for the best...

As long as my car isnt sold by then, I'll be there. I've run the TX Mile in the past on 2 wheels, this will be my first time in a car. Taking my 2011 2SS SLP Supercharged CGM.
Its also for sale in the classifieds here. Just sold my racebike, so if the car goes, I'll still be there as a spectator and possibly driving my friends Audi TT-RS.
