I'm the 417 ZL1 that is running with ADM Performance group. Andy is installing the new 2.3 blower now and I should be ready in October. I'm hoping to get at least 190 mph out there. Stop and say hello if you see my white ZL1.

This will be my first shot at the Texas mile and I'm bringing two sets of tires. The stock Goodyear F1's that were mentioned previously and my Toyo R888's. I'm thinking the Toyo's will be a better bet for me because they are a couple of inches shorter yet I still should have enough gearing to hit 200 with them on the car. They do have more rolling resistance at high speed but I think I will have the horsepower to overcome that. The beauty is I should be able to make enough runs that I can try out each set of tires.

Im staying at the Hampton in Beeville. I wanted to make sure I got a slot to drive before I booked the hotel and that was a mistake. Almost all hotels were filled when I started looking. If you plan on going in the spring book the hotel now and you can always cancel the reservation if you don't get on the list. Live and learn. Don't know anything about the Hampton but it didn't have great reviews....lol.
