I drive by it everyday. Its plenty big. SCCA houston does their auto x out there. NHRA, super Chevy, national events, are out there also. Shouldn't be a problem.

It's definitely big, and you'll love the track. My car ran its fastest 1/4 mile ever at Royal Purple.

I've always enjoyed my time in Texas. I fly into Houston once a year to do fire training in Beaumont. Only time I've ever eaten gator. A lot different than Los Angeles.

Been waiting for our turn and of course it will be the first weekend of the month.. I usually have reserve duty the first weekend of every month but will have to look at rescheduling that month. Been looking forward to going and was hoping Texas got it's chance at hosting.....

Cool! Hope Richard will be there too. Might have to up-grade my Vararam CAI. Pretty sure I can carry it back on the plane.

Can't wait till May, now i have to save up so i can mod my car even more before the fest.

Here are some tips for people who never been in south Texas before!

1) Bring an ice chest filled with water and lots of ice
2) Bring more ice because your first bag might have melted on the way to the car
3) Don't forget to buy another case of water it's going to get hot !!!
4) And if you sweat a lot bring extra shirts, it might look like you just came from a wet t-shirt contest.

Have Fun !!!!
