Tire size question.... Stuffing a 335 under ZL1???

Would a 20 x 12 wheel with a Michelin 335/35-20 ps2 fit a ZL1 rear?? Specs say tire width would be 13.5 inch wide? And using a 20 x 11 wheel with a michelin 295/35-20 ps2 work in the front? Spec says tire would be 11.9 inch wide.. Stock rear width is 12.3 inch rear, 11.4 inch front??? If anyone has some knowledge of this would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! Thanks in advance!!!!!

335s don't fit under our cars unless you are ok with them sticking outside of the fender and being shorter in OD than the stock setup. And that 295 Michelin is too wide for the front as well. 305/35/20 Michelin in the back, and 255/40/20 are the only way that those tires will work.

Someone on here is running 295 fronts with 315 rears.....Mich SS's. I'm running 285/315. They're right at the edge on the rears. 335's would take some changes to the offset and I'm not sure you have the room to tuck them under inside.

295s fit sure, but they stick out farther than the ZL1 fitment already does. If you're the kinda person that likes that then go for it. I personally like the wheels on my car to sit flush and no further outside.

I'm running 315 also right now in the rear and they're fine no issues... I'd love to squeeze the 335's though... Ty for the input.

The nitto's I have on now are 12.48 inches on an eleven inch rim.... So would be an inch difference between the two.

The Michelins run much wider than what the are sized at. A 295 Michelin is a touch wider than the 315 Nitto for instance.

335's fit if you are ok with 1/4" - 1/2" of sidewall outside the fender lip. Although the tread would still be tucked under the lip. 12" wheel with roughly 50-51mm ET is "ballpark". YMMV... caution. Working with a wheel reseller is recommended.

Search around in this subforum. Their are decent pics of 335's on. BFGs, Contis and Pilot Super Sports can be viewed.
