Morning Becky, hope your weekend was fun. Could you provide an update for qktcw1?
It was unloaded from the train one week ago. GMConnects showed it at the dealership delivered to the customer. Your previous check showed delivered to customer. GMConnects changed backwards today showing SHIPPED/ENROUTE. Dealer hasn't answered numerous queries to its location.

My car has been sitting in Fairfax KS for days now.

When I call UP now it says this which makes no sense.

Origin: FAIRFAX, KS
No Ramp Parking Information.

What does this mean^^^^^^

So am I getting my car today? or tomorrow? or what Im only 5 hours away i don't understand why it takes so long. so painful when its so close

I can't get a hold of my salesman or the sales manager

Once the dealer has reported the delivery, like they did
in your case, I won't see anything other than the 6000
status. You may want to try customer service 800-222-1020
to see if they can help you if the dealer won't - sorry :(

I show the car 4B00-bayed but as of 7/23

I would have
expected to see 4800 unloaded or even 4B00-bayed but with a
current date - so I'm confused too. If you can't reach your dealer
try customer service 800-222-1020 and see if they can help

I thought they may have changed back the 6000 code as they changed the Shippined/ENROUTE.

Becky, I called GM Customer Service. I was on the phone for 45 min. Looks like its still sitting in Fairfax waiting for a truck

unbelievable. Its been there since Thursday night.

I asked them if there is any ETA available. They said no.

Cant believe it takes almost a week to get to a destination of 300 miles away

Today when you checked my order it had a TPW of 8/13. Last week it was 8/20. I ordered the NAV radio. Is it common for orders to move up in TPW?
