Identify the tire wear.

Tire experts, what's going on here with my front tires? There is some slight camber wear, but the inside few inches is severely more worn than the rest of the tire.

Thinking it was a toe issue, I rotated the tires (square setup) and had an alignment done with 1/16 toe in, however it appears this wear pattern is continuing. I'm only at 1* negative camber.

The only thing I see is that you have 1/16 toe-in (positive). According to PFADT, they recommend -1/16 to 0 (toe out) for the "street-performance" setting. But hard to believe that would wear down your tires that much!!! I would question the validity of your last alignment. All you can do is get it aligned again, and use the "street-performance" settings as recommended by PFADT.

I know this is an old threat, but for any one looking for the answer.

that is excessive toe-in/out (if it was toe-in; the wear would be towards the outside of the tire and vice versa.)

I can tell you the wear you show was not due to 1/16 of an inch.
factory sets toe-in to about that value from factory so that when you are traveling in the FWY in a loaded condition the toe actually becomes close to 0.

hope this helps some one..
