Curious about these rims.
Hey everyone, this picture really does it for me, but most importantly, is this picture of the concept art red Camaro's rims produced by any company that you know of. I hope you know which one I am talking about, I would appreciate if someone could load the pick onto the thread as I don't know how too. However, those rims are gorgeous and I would like to find a set similar to those.
Here's the page it is on... http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...t=2999&page=10 Last edited by Kyle2k; 03-08-2008 at 10:32 PM. |

Here ya go! I think this is the image you are talking about. Check the Help section of the site it will tell you how to link to an image. If not PM me and I'll walk you through it.
As far as finding a wheel like this. I'm sure there are more than a few companies that make something similar. If you like billet style rims, I'd try Boze or Bon Speed. I think they make something close. Otherwise you'll have to keep searching... Good luck.

Thanks for posting the image, however, I've looked at Boze wheels and the problem I have is the fact that they all are like 3 peice and have those damn lips (which are extremely played out and overdone in my opinion), which is just another trend like chrome was. I want it flush with the front surface of the wheel...basically exactly like that drawing lol... Anyone that know or would like to further the hunt with me send me a pm and we can hop on msn or something and go looking

dont know if this is going to help or not, but those look like C6 Z06 wheels, IMO... and those Z06 wheels look really good on F-bodies... I do not usually condone the use of Corvette wheels on an f-body, because 1.) its been done a million times, and 2.) I think Corvette wheels are Corvette wheels and Camaro wheels are Camaro wheels, and never the twain shall meet... but for some reason, C6 Z06 wheels look pimp on LS1 Camaros
![]() here are the wheels I am talking about... available for most aftermarket applications.

Yeah, I want the exact wheels on the PHR illustration too. Personally I'm not a huge fan of the wheels we've seen on the pre-pros so far, but I could live with them. Wheels aren't a huge priority for me to spend money on so I'll probably stick with stock, but if I do switch I'd go for something like that.

after looking at the PHR illustration again, I can pretty much promise you those are Z06 wheels on the car... considering it has "LS7" badges, I'm guessing that this was their version of the ZL1 style Camaro that was available in the 4th gens... that car, too, had C5 Z06 wheels on a Camaro with the Z06 LS6 engine under the hood... and you can order aftermarket versions of those C6 Z06 wheels that are both larger and have different offsets.

Don't you think an updated version of the Minilite style wheels from the classic Trans Am days would look awesome on this car ?? Or should they save them for a Penske/ Mark Donahue edition that you know will come eventually.

I've been looking for a similar set that I saw on a camaro a while back, the only differences were they were black, the spokes were a little longer, meaning the center was a bit smaller, and the center was also deeper set, so the spokes angled outwards towards the lip.
Any help would be great |

People are gonna wind up with 2-3 set's of wheels. Swapping them out every week or day.

wheels from drawing.
Found the wheels at a web sight "slickcar.com" they range in size from 17x8.5-20x11. Price ranges from $255.99- $374.99. Here is a pic of the 20x11 wheel. I will be looking at the 19X9.5/ 20x11 or 18x10.5/ 19x12
