How much difference does 1 or 2 PSI make?

So im driving into work this morning, and I have a habit of checking my TMPS on a daily basis. And I noticed that three of my tires are at 37, and one was at 35. Now regardless of how accurate those monitors are it got me wondering about how much only 1 or 2 psi deviation from the others will affect things.

Anyone have any insight on that?
