Uh yeah, I'm very much aware of that, I have 5 of them. I was curious who made the one in the OPs post.

Gun is a Smith and Wesson. Mounted in an accessible location for the reason I carry it. But also didnt want it to get in the way.

OP Nice piece! I'm considering a .45 1911 as well as a few others. a compact 9mm Glock (G26), and a Standard Smith & Wesson M&P .40.

Is it a "mount" or just a holster wedged between the seat and the console?

It is contractor grade velcro so it can be removed if needed

That looks like a terrible place to have it, if you need grab it while your seated. You'd have to muzzle sweep your balls to get that out. (not saying you or the OP are planning on that).

If it's for access from outside the vehicle that its a cool spot.

Keep your finger out of the trigger guard and muzzle sweep won't be an issue.

That's not a very smart way to think. Dont worry about me pointing my gun at you man my finger is outside the trigger guard.

If you muzzle sweep with that holster then you have no idea how to draw a wep properly.
