Damn TPMS

What causes these damn TPMS to go bad? I just had new wheels put on maybe 1200 miles ago with NEW TPMS on them, had them re-learned and now 1 of them is apparently gone bad and can't seem to see it? Ran through the re-learn sequence several times and stops at that tire when it doesn't see it?
Damn....I hate taking it bake to the Dealer for this Any ideas of what causes these damn things to go bad, and so early?

I tried the re-learn system and now I got all of them reset to 0

I just keep pressing the menu button when I start it up to turn off the "Service ..... " error. I have drove around 200 miles so far with the warning light on I figure I will wait and get it fixed this Winter? But, yeah I can't imagine there is only 2 people on here that have had this problem
