Autobahn/Nurburgring 2SS build!
So I just received orders for permanent change of station to Ansbach Germany. Looks like my baby is going to need a few upgrades to keep up with all those Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, and all the other Euro Stars. Think I will give em a run for their money.
A little background on my 2011 Black 2SS. Purchased December 13th 2010 from KEVIN WHITAKER Chevrolet in Greenville, South Caroline. I had joined the Army in June of 2010 and finished training on December 7th. I had orders to 25th Combat Aviation Brigade in Hawaii and decided that I needed a sports car to tear up the beautiful sunny roads. I decided to purchase a brand new Camaro (like everyone else in the army) and began my search. I finally stumbled uppon my 2SS online and decided to take a drive from my home in Western North Carolina to take a look. It was love at first sight!
After 4 days of it sitting waiting for the snow that fell the night after I purchsed it, I shipped her out for Honolulu, Hawaii. What a scary day, it would be 4 weeks until I saw my baby again and by the time she was put on the truck she had 410 miles on her.
January 16th 2011 I left work to pick her up in downtown Honolulu! Talk about the best day ever. I finished the inspection at the shipping yard and away I went. I hit 500 miles on the H1 freeway right infront of Honolulu airport and decided to punch it since I could go over 100mph after the 500 mile break in. 135 MPH before traffic started to be congestive.
To this day she is still stock and ready for mods. I was planning to sell her but decided to keep her once I received orders. Hopefully I can get her built quick before I leave Island for Germany.
Plans for my baby! I want to build a Z/28 style everyday track performer. Since I don't have a 1le because I got my car too early, I will be doing most of the 1le mods and upgrades.
-I want to put the PFADT stage 5 ZL spec kit so that I have the best handling for the Nurburgring, or the LG G5 coilovers.
-Brembo GT-R Brakes or the Z/28 Carbon Ceramic setup. Depends on what's available when I have the money.
-Lg Motorsports Chassis stiffeners and strut bar
-Proven Wicked Bolt in roll cage system and remove the rear seat's
-Fat boy program! Gotta get that weight down big time.
-GMPP Ported Cylinder Heads and LS7 Cam kit
-Vararam Intake kit with a later upgrade to Kinsler cross ram or the OZMO engineering Carbon intake manifold.
-Quarter Master or tilton clutch kit, don't know exactly what yet
-Lg motorsports Longtube header's with bolt in cats/race pipes.
-racing pedal box w/ brake and clutch master cylinder
-1le transmission or sequential race transmission
-1le or zl1 rear diff and driveline upgrade
-Unkown at this time
Updates coming as I know. Any advice would be helpful.

Got parts installed today at the Schofield auto skills center and boy oh boy is my baby mean now!
Installed the following:
Flowmaster Outlaw Race muffler axle back kit.
LG Motorsports Short throw shifter with tall Delrin shift knob.
and the Vararam no tune intake with the tune upgrade after more goodies come.
