LaunchStick Shift

What are you guys launching at off the line?
I have a V8 Stick Shift with 555rs. My 60' time sucks. 2.44 last night at a mile high launching at 3500rpm. I tried at 4500rpm but it immediately bogs down to 2000rpm and the clutch smell was bad!!!! Still on the stock clutch, probably not for long.

The only change to the car is a cool air intake.

Thanks,
Michelle

stock tires? hold it at 2600- 2800 rpm let the clutch out then after its done spinning stomp on the gas. I do this with my dr's and it spinsabout 2 feet and is very consistant, not the quickest, but consistant.

I've been flooring it immediately, maybe that's why I bog pretty often?

Stock power... I would go 4-4,500 and qick slip! Many 1.90s on stock tires, I would think with 555r the same would work well.
