Hmmm...I think I woke up to go to the bathroom then, but don't remember any "other" shaking...

We didn't feel the actual quake, but it knocked a ladder down downstairs, which woke my wife up... who then woke me up.

My house is still standing and it has been through some

For some reason I woke up a few minutes before it started shaking...I laid for a few seconds to see if it would die down and once it did, I fell back asleep

First off, it woke me up too.

Secondly, my GF lives really really close to Anaheim and Avalon. (she lives off of Lagoon, which runs parallel to Avalon and hits Anaheim)

I didn't even know about this until I read this thread. I haven't had television in about a year.
Called my family everyone is fine, they barely felt it. My grandmother just got here on Sunday from El Paso,TX.
I asked her if she enjoyed the warm homecoming...lol.

I am right over the hill from you Hoddi at Pacific Palms, in Industry for a work thing this week. I am 5 stories up, so think that is what woke me up at that time. Didn't actually notice it, but then again, I am probably used to them.
Also, work in Whittier, so if you ever see a black SS on Whittier Blvd, that is likly me.
