The New 2014 Camaro ss Tail lights

My question is does anybody know how to convert the ss regular tail lights to the rs led, connection are not the same. The LED has a 8 point connector, the regular tail light has three light bulb plug holes and a 6 point connector?

The RS package is $1350. Why are you wasting your time? Only daytime drivers would buy a non-RS.

I was going to say what he/she (^^^) said.
Why would you want to pay for the new tails and modifying them to fit when the RS package is $1350?
Right now, since the '14s just went on sale and parts are not readily available, the pair of tail lights would run at least $500 a piece.
My '14 has the RS package and I like it. I saw one the other day the dealer without the RS and I do not like those regular lights at all.

Pebbles, I understand why you wouldn't get the RS package. If you're anything like me, you wanted to save up front and put on the mods at a later point. I bought my new '14 SS without the RS package to save up front cost and am very happy with it. I've already done exhaust and about to put an oil catch can on. Soon, i will want to upgrade the head lights/tail lights. $1350 in the grand scheme of the car price itself isn't a huge cost, but with limited down payment, saving where I could was important.

I have a 2014 LS and I like the led lights from the RS. Upon buying the car I told the dealer to swap the lights. They told me it can't be done, not compatible and something to do with the headlights.

The non RS taillights only use a 4 pin connecter per side, the RS lights use a 10 Pin connecter, that means there is a lot of wires missing to add the RS lights.

But soon we will have it done.
