I am prob gonna buy the street scene side skirts from someone. I searched but couldn't find a DIY thread to help me out on this. Anyone know were I can read some instructions before attempting install?

Check here and click on install instructions located under the wrenches.

I was in your town last Saturday, ate at an Italian resturant and watched the film crew put stuff together for their shoot. A bunch of us from West Tennessee are going to Lamberts this Saturday, stop by and say hi, we'll be there about 12:30

Have to say to that unless you have some experience with body work you would be better off having a professional do this. I started w/the SS rockers but they were a bear to install(due to the plastic warping during transit...went with the ZL1 rocker from GM. Easy to remove stock rocker and replace with the ZL1 rocker just popped in like stock!
But good luck either way! (Pic attached of my ZL1 rockers) Also there is a DYI video on this website on install of the ZL! rockers!

yeah, the ZL1 rockers are super easy to install. You can do them yourself. Prolly cheaper too with not having to pay for install.
