Heads back on and hands scarred up lol. Almost done. Last thing to do is put the intake on, hook up wiring, top off fluids, change oil, and load tune. Then hope everything works together

true, but time is n issue, but i do have a set of spare ls3 heads, intake, and throttle body i'm going to get ported in my own time during the winter months while i recover from this install.

Everyone told me to get mine ported while I had them off as week. Time and money were my issues, stall, ls3 conversion and cam cost enough for me lol.

Dyno is sched for wed next week. i will tune for motor and then we will pull it back for nitrous. this way i can get accurate numbers for both. i will post air quality and humidity for the time of dyno as well. i want no questions left on the table. i cant thank jason @ texas speed enough for the help. clint is greatful as well. you sourced out a problem from one pic sent to you in a heart beat.

all tuned, never made it to the dyno yet. have the stock manifolds back on it atm, just waiting to slap on the headers and then off to the dyno, but good news is i still get 26mpg at 60mph while cruising. money got tight atm and just working on getting a float

nope, and no. i made 80hp over stock on this same dyno, i didnt go for a giant cam, another memeber had ported tb and ud pulley and made 20 more hp. i'm no dyno queen lol. just do some research and call texas speed on the vvt1 cam specs. plus everything top end being heavier and hardend for a bigger shot of nitrous then i'm running the hp makes sense for what little is done. were you expecting 500hp? hahahahaha
