Having Problems

So I changed my summer wheels for my winters

Im going from 245/35/20 and 295/35/20 (summers)

to

245/40/18 and 255/45/18 (winters on stock v6 rims)

I know my winter tires are a bit smaller (than factory) but I was told by GM in my city it would still be fine for the car.

My problem is immediately after I had them changed (professionally) I was braking before turning onto the main road, and I could feel the brake pedal getting harder and there was a vibrating sort of grind feel/sound.

About a minute after the car was saying to "Service Stabilitrak" and the parking brake, ABS, Traction Control, Stabilitrak and drifty car lights all came on and stay on. I tried shutting off the car and starting up again but they all came back on after a minute or so. I would like to note the car physically drives fine, with no noise other than the brakes being weird (rare, they were fine for 95% of the 20 min drive home)

I've booked an appointment at the dealer already, I'd just like to hear any thoughts on what could be messing my car up, or any experiences like this!

Thanks!
